Order Processing

•            All fudge is made in small batches.

•            Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

•            During holidays or high‑volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping

•            We ship within the United States using FedEx, USPS or UPS.

•            Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

•            Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times depend on the carrier.

•            Wyoming Fudge Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather.

Warm Weather Shipping

•            Fudge can soften in warm temperatures.

•            We may use insulation or ice packs during hot months.

•            Please bring packages indoors promptly after delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are perishable:

•            We do not accept returns.

•            If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Allergy Notice

•            Our fudge is produced in a facility that may handle nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten.

•            Customers with allergies should use discretion when purchasing.
